A MESSAGE FROM STEPHANIE and TOM QUEHL, FOUNDERS OF DO IT FOR JACK – JACK QUEHL FOUNDATION:
We want to take a moment to personally thank you for being part of Pop Up at Peterloon and for choosing to give a portion of your space fee to DOITFORJACK. Your generosity means more to us than you may realize.
DOITFORJACK was born out of the unimaginable loss of our son, Jack. In September 2021, Jack lost his life to fentanyl poisoning at just 24 years old. Like so many families, we never imagined that one decision could change our lives forever.
Out of our grief, we knew we had to do something to help protect other families from experiencing this same heartbreak. We started the Jack Quehl Foundation, DOITFORJACK, with a simple mission:
Educate. Empower. Have the conversation.
We go into schools, businesses, and communities to talk openly about the dangers of illicit fentanyl and counterfeit pills. We share Jack’s story, not because it is easy, but because we believe his story can save someone else’s life.
Since 2022, we have had the privilege of speaking with more than 16,000 high school students across Greater Cincinnati. Every student we reach, every parent who starts a conversation, and every person who becomes more aware of the dangers of fentanyl is another reason we continue this work.
Your support through Pop Up at Peterloon is so meaningful. Your participation helps us continue Jack’s legacy and allows us to reach more young people and families with a message that could truly save a life.
We are incredibly grateful that you have chosen to stand alongside us. Thank you for supporting our family, believing in our mission, and helping us turn something heartbreaking into something that can make a difference.
We hope you know that every purchase, every conversation, and every dollar raised helps us DO IT FOR JACK.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Stephanie & Tom Quehl
